Karl Mustafa has more than four decades of practical experience in the chemical industry, management systems and international sustainability management for products and production. Following his career at OMV Refinery Schwechat – most recently as Head of Sustainable Management Systems for Germany, Austria and Romania – he founded Sennefer Consulting e.U. in 2025 to make his expertise available to companies across all industries.
